唐磊,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院副研究员,博士毕业于清华大学。后分别在香港大学(博士后)和松山湖材料实验室(副研究员)开展研究工作,获香港ITF Postdoctoral Fellow和松湖青年学者计划资助。主要研究方向包括二维材料的化学气相沉积可控制备与电子器件、离子传输应用。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金粤莞联合-地区培育项目,广东省青年拔尖人才建议入选者,东莞市特色人才,Materials Futures杂志青年编委。目前在Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Research等学术期刊上发表论文50余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文20篇,包括Advanced Functional Materials(5)、ACS Nano(4)、Nano Letters.、Research、Small等期刊,论文总引用超3400次,申请中国发明专利9项。担任Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials等期刊审稿人。曾获清华之友“新鹭”英才奖学金、清华-伯克利未来领袖奖学金、第五届石墨烯论坛最佳墙报奖等荣誉和第三届“清华大学-东京大学”联合研讨会最佳墙报奖等。
