王在伟,中科院深圳先进技术研究院研究员,博导,入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划(青年项目)。2021-2024.03在多伦多大学做博士后研究; 2020年博士毕业于年于洛桑联邦理工大学; 团队主要从事新型半导体光电材料的设计与制备,及其在单结及多结光伏等方面的应用研究。迄今已发表论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在顶级期刊如Nature, Nature Energy, Joule, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed等发表文章18篇。论文被引用6000余次,H因子为34。

全钙钛矿,钙钛矿/低带隙半导体(如Si,CIGS,有机等)多结光伏(两结、三结及以上)的结构设计,器件构筑和长期稳定性研究。
钙钛矿基单结及多结的模组化制备。
基于多结光伏,进行钙钛矿材料体系的优化,钙钛矿成膜工艺的开发,表界面的调控。
对钙钛矿物理及化学机制的理论分析(含DFT计算,机器学习、器件模拟等)。
