国家高层次引进人才,教育部长江讲座教授,广东省“珠江人才计划”领军人才,博士生导师,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院碳中和技术研究所研究员。
先后在曲阜师范大学,香港理工大学,韩国蔚山国立科技学院等教授本科、研究生课程20余门,培养硕士、博士、博士后等研究人员70余名,其中超过30人已经成为国内外重点高校、研究机构的骨干研究人员。主持韩国基础科学研究院长期稳定支持项目,国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目,深圳市人才计划、香港研究资助局项目等27项,共获得研究经费超过8000万人民币。在国际学术期刊上发表超过SCI论文350篇,包括在Nature/Science正刊发表论文11篇,在N/S子刊发表高水平论文40余篇,论文被引用超28000次,h-index为89。长期专注于碳材料、低维材料生长机制的研究,首次提出了“材料制造,理论先行”的想法,提出的低维材料生长机制理论目前已得到国际学术界的广泛认可,先后被国际媒体如Nature网站,美国自然科学基金会(NSF)等国际媒体报道300余次。
研究聚焦材料与器件制造中的微观动力学行为及理论机制,期待实现“材料制造,理论先行”。具体研究方向有:
(1)“AI for Science”在材料科学中的应用;
(2)材料动力学过程的多尺度模拟计算方法的开发;
(3)材料块体、材料表面、材料界面的原子结构搜索与性质预测;
(4)器件中的界面结构、界面重构与器件优化;
(5)材料表界面上的动力学过程的多尺度模拟;
(6)低维材料生长机制的理论研究与可控制备;
(7)关键功能材料的生长机制与可控生长,如单晶硅,金刚石,新型碳材料等。
